I get it. It’s annoying, especially when you realize you can’t read your purchased books unless you’re signed in. What if i tell you your account is safe and your books are still there. Here’s why you’re getting the USER NOT FOUND error.

User Not Found – Okadabooks

This error occurs as a result of wrong thinking – when you mistype your details while trying to login.  To fix this, simply crosscheck the username – details you’re login in with and try again.

Note that when you type the wrong password, you get an invalid password error. When you type the wrong username, you get a user not found error.
