The African Writers Meet 2017, is an event organized in order for writers and mentors alike to meet physically. Everyone, ranging from poets, bloggers, content writers and aspiring authors who are looking for an oppurtunity to learn how to monetize their gifts, convert their dreams into realities, boost their career to greater heights and also network with like-minded individuals in the literary community in between some nice music and awesome poetry is welcome.
Notable writers who will grace the occasion include:
Tunde Leye, author of Guardians Of the Seal, Adedoyin Jaiyesimi, the founder of the Sparkle Writers Hub, Olumide Holloway, Founder of i2x Media the organizers of Wordup and Elsie Godwin, the Founder of Elsieisy.com.

The AWM was a beautiful experience and fun filled. I had an amazing time, most especially networking with other writers, poets, spoken word artists etc. Thanks to the speakers, I learnt a lot as well. For a maiden edition, I’ll say it was spectacular and it can only get better. Looking forward to the next edition. Kudos to the organisers!!!
