Africa Writes: OkadaBooks, Bahati Books, Kiru Taye and Others to Participate

You probably would have read this earlier but i was busy reading some good stuffs about Bahati Books, forgive me. But that is not why you are seeing this post here. You’re reading this because i would love to be one of those that would inform you that from the 1st to the 3rd of July 2016, you could be surrounded by some fantastic (i borrowed that word from Bahati Books) speakers in Africa, Kiru Taye and more literary individuals. Wait! She’s not just Kiru Taye o… She is an Award winning author of many romantic books, a founding member of Romance Writers of West Africa and she recently redesigned her blog – *giggles* I noticed.
So what is happening in July? Over 50 authors, poets, publishers and experts will meet in one place for a stimulating and exciting three days – A festival. Read further

Africa Writes is the Royal African Society’s annual literature festival now celebrating its 5th year. Every year, established and emerging talents from the African continent and its diaspora are showcased in what is now UK’s biggest celebration of contemporary African writing taking place over an exciting summer weekend. The festival features book launches, readings, author appearances, panel discussions, youth and children’s workshops, and other activities.
